Gear was new, clean and good quality. The initial communication was pretty good, however, this was overshadowed by the average execution on pick up - Camp Easy forgot to give us 2 x water containers included in our pack (we went back for them) and then were given the wrong gas cannisters for the gas cooker, so ended up returning the gear early as we couldn't cook. Staff only provided a so sorry for the misunderstanding". Probably wouldn't use again unless desperate."

Amazing few weeks in the troopy! Rental came with everything you could need and more. Brendan was incredibly helpful whilst on the road and any issues big or small were resolved quickly and without stress. Couldn't recommend WA experts enough!!

100% would recommend Unplug rentals. Our caravan was small but perfect for 2 people and the shower and toilet came in handy a couple of times after saying we wouldn’t use them.The bed was comfortable as well which was an added bonus.Thank you Sascha for a fantastic holiday and your kindness.

Enthusiastic service when we bought a used Eureka camper, lots of helpful service & advice, adding an ensuite etc.Camper tows like a dream, is really easy and quick to set up for overnight stops. The huge full annex performed well in a week of bad weather & 80km winds in Lucky Bay!Very happy campers!!

Just picked up my new van from these guys and all i can say is great service, nothing was to hard for Helen and her team.

We hired a Eureka camper off Dave and the crew for our Gibb River Road trip in 2022. The Gibb is notorious for being very rough, but this trailer handled everything that we threw at it. Corrugations, river crossings, sand, dust (endless dust), you name it. The Gibb was so corrugated that it wore the paint off our coke cans. But the trailer didn't miss a beat. If you're after a solid, dependable trailer, then this is what you're looking for. And Dave and the crew are very willing to help, and are super friendly to deal with.

Massive, massive shout out to Aspa and Cookie for being available immediately after we lost confidence trying to take a boat out on our own in choppy conditions! We had given up completely on driving a boat when Cookie offered to take us out later that day when conditions had calmed down slightly instead. We had an unforgettable fishing experience with Cookie and got to see all kinds of wildlife with him. Thank you so much for saving the day, it was honestly the best memory of our trip in Exmouth!The boat was fantastic and clean, plus hands down the best people to work with! We are so glad to have booked a boat with these guys!

Ordered and paid deposit for a new Travelander in October 2020 and was told it would be ready end of Jan 2021 after numerous phone calls (which nobody would get back to us), last week we were told we were looking at delivery end of July, lots of untruths have been told to us when we could get communication with them, we cancelled immediately as they have known we have a big trip planned for June and they cannot deliver in time. Very unfortunate as Travelander in the past when owned by Darren where fabulous and we have had to cancel this trip twice already, only plus was the last guy we dealt with was honest and returned our money immediately.

Two weeks in a Toyota troopy was a great experience. Reliable car, for us and got us everywhere we needed to get to on and off road with no trouble. Brendan & Co were supremely helpful. The few questions we did have during the trip were promptly answered even on a holiday weekend.
